As a result of the recent Air Canada incident with the busted wheelchair and their terrible customer service response, I was reminded of this brilliant YouTube video I stumbled across a long time ago.

It has to be one of the most clever and well-written parody songs I’ve ever heard, and with nearly 9 million YouTube views, Dave Carroll‘s heartbreaking ballad about his mangled guitar and agonizing experience with United Airlines will no doubt be inducted in to the YouTube Hall of Fame, if ever such an honor is actually introduced.
